Quick FAQ:

My package has not arrived
Usually our packages arrive within 15 days. If your order has not arrived within 15 days after leaving our warehouse, please contact us.

My DreamCurler doesn't hold a charge
Make sure to use a charging plug that provides 2A (ampere). This information can be found on the charging plug. You can shop a charging plug here.

My DreamCurler doesn't charge
If the battery icon does not appear when plugging in the charging cord, please try a different  charging cord and plug. If the problem persists, contact us.

My DreamCurer arrived defective
Please send us a video showing the defect. We will be happy to help.
